Workouts include low-impact versions of cardio exercise for men new to fitness and Level 2 versions of core, rebuild and strength exercises.
Our V40 Power Program is designed to build muscle and strength safely and efficiently. This 12-week program incorporates our exclusive Rebuild workouts to keep your shoulders, lower back, and hips healthy. Also included are our easy-to-follow stretch routines and beginner yoga videos to improve flexibility, which us men need the most as we age.
The V40 Power Program is best suited for men who have previous workout experience or have already completed the Launch Program.
Our 12-week Sweat Program is perfect for men whose main goal is to burn fat and lose weight. Workouts include low-impact versions of cardio exercises for anyone new to fitness, as well as Level 2 versions of core and rebuild for those who are ready to take the next step.
This program includes our Rebuild workouts for the shoulders, lower back, and hips, as well as our stretch routines and yoga videos. Best suited for men who have previous workout experience but capable for all levels.
