About Shuichi Take

I’m a regular guy. I’m not 6’ 3” 200lbs and I’m not a former athlete. I’m also not a 20-something social media “influencer” that posts insane workouts telling you to do what I do to look like me. They have no idea what it feels like to be middle-aged, but I do and there is no effin’ way I’m doing any of that! I’m trying to avoid getting hurt, not intentionally risk getting hurt.

I’m like everyone else; I like to drink and I like to eat, and I enjoy both–the “healthy lifestyle” stereotype never really appealed to me. Like everyone else, I’ve had on and off lower back, hip and shoulder pain, as well as regular discomfort in my neck and upper back. I stretched, did yoga and even stopped living heavy, but it wasn’t enough. I couldn’t dodge the effects of aging despite being a health and fitness professional.

I never intended to create a middle-aged men’s health program, yet alone an app. I just wanted to feel better and not deal with all the aches and pain associated with getting older. I refused to accept was a normal part of aging and was determined to hack it. I just had to figure out how.

During Covid I did a deep dive into fixing my body which became the foundation for V40. The V40 program is basically doing all the things that we should have done when we were younger but didn’t. The good news is that if you start doing them now, you too can fix your body and start feeling better, looking better and living better.

The V40 program is specifically designed for the middle-aged guy. It’s simple, easy-to-follow muscle building and fat burning workouts that you can modify to your level. It also includes flexibility, yoga and rebuild workouts to fix your body—the things we should have been doing years ago—as well as nutrition software to improve your eating habits. All for a super low monthly price.

Start rebuilding your body and reinvigorating your life TODAY! Redefine what it means to get older with V40!
