HERE'S MY STORY

HI, I'M SHUICHI.

A few years ago, I felt like my body was breaking down on me. My back hurt every time I moved, my hips were tight, and I had little motivation to train. For someone who had spent his life coaching others in fitness, it was frustrating and honestly, a little scary. I didn’t feel like myself anymore and I knew something had to change.

That’s when I stopped pushing harder and started moving smarter. I created simple routines based on posture, rehab and mobility that fixed my body and gave me back my healthy body. The PRE-Workout Plan was born out of my own comeback. These short, daily movements rebuilt my foundation and helped me feel like myself again, stronger, more confident, and ready for life.
