HERE'S MY STORY

HI, I'M SHUICHI.

A few years ago, I felt like my body was breaking down on me.


My back hurt every time I moved, my hips were constantly tight, and I had very little motivation to train.

For someone who had spent years coaching others in fitness, it was frustratingand honestly, a little scary.


I didn’t feel like myself anymore, and I knew something needed to change.

That’s when I stopped pushing harder and started moving smarter.

I began focusing on posture, rehab, and simple daily mobility not to “get fit,” but to help my body feel better again. Over time, those small, consistent movements rebuilt my foundation and gave me my strength, confidence, and sense of self back.

The PRE-Workout Plan was born from that process, my own comeback.

Now I want to share that same approach with you.
